ljbookbingo is Blood Trail by Tanya Huff for #8 A Paranormal Book, card found here:

The second book in the Victoria Nelson series was pretty good. This time Vicky is tapped by Henry to help a Werewolf family who are being murdered one by one. I continued to enjoy the banter between Vicky and Henry and the antagonism between Henry and Mike is also entertaining without getting to tiresome. The mystery was good one. I will definitely reading the next one in the series!
My Thirty-Fifth book for
ljbookbingo is The Murder on the Links by Agatha Christie for #28 A Book Made into a TV Show, card found here:

This was Agatha Christie's second book and I think it shows as it was a bit rougher then her later Hercule Poirot books. The mystery and the side characters were kind of interesting. Hastings as the narrator was not very well written. I get he is supposed to be clueless so Poirot can explain to him (and the audience) what is going on but I think she carries his denseness too far and it gets irritating. Overall though I liked it.
